Data collected

When you use this site, we may collect: your name and email address (forms), your IP address (security logs), the details of your donation (Stripe, without storing your card number). No data is resold or shared for commercial purposes.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your explicit consent (forms, donations) and on the legitimate interest of the parish to communicate with its faithful. For canonical registers (sacraments), the basis is the canonical obligation of the Catholic Church.

Retention period

Prayer intentions are kept for 90 days. Donation data is kept for 10 years (tax obligation for CERFA receipts). Audit logs are kept for 5 years. Canonical registers are kept indefinitely.

Your rights

• Access: obtain a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Rectification: correct any inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure: request the deletion of your data (outside legal obligations).
• Opposition: refuse certain processing (newsletters, follow-ups).
• Portability: retrieve your data in a reusable format.
• Complaint: refer the matter to the CNIL (cnil.fr) if you consider that your rights have not been respected.
